CPI Technologies GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps professional with experience in Kubernetes to join our Development department. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our software development processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes. You will be responsible for automating deployment, monitoring, and scaling of our applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for our applications
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications using Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and Kubernetes

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps role
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or Ruby)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with ClickHouse DB
  • Knowledge about Monitoring setups (New Relic, Datadog, ...)
  • Experience with Ansible (nice to have)
  • AWS certificate (nice to have)
  • Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
